Sales Information

Website Payment: We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and E-Checks.

Paypal Billing: Paypal payment is immediate and subject to Paypal's billing terms.

Domestic Shipping: We ship USPS First Class Mail and USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Please note that while the standard First Class Mail delivery is 2-5 business days and the  USPS Priority Mail delivery schedule is 2-3 business days, this is provided as an estimate only, it is not a guarantee. Please contact USPS or your local post office to verify their Mail policy. USPS Mail deliveries may be substantially delayed during the holiday season. USPS does not deliver mail on Federal holidays or when Post Offices are closed due to national disasters or inclement weather.

International Shipping: We ship USPS First Class Mail and Priority Mail International. Priority Mail International includes insurance for your items. Standard time in transit for this service is 7-10 business days. This is provided as an estimate only, it is not a guarantee. Please contact USPS or your local post office to verify their Priority Mail International policy. Priority Mail International deliveries may be substantially delayed during holiday seasons. USPS does not deliver mail on US Federal holidays or when Post Offices are closed due to national disasters or inclement weather. Please note that international shipments may be subject to import, duty, customs, clearance and VAT fees levied by the receiving government and/or courier. Our fees are based on those charged by USPS Priority Mail International only. Lakshmi's Cupboard is not responsible for additional fees that may be levied by the receiving government or delivery service.


Shipping Time: Following placement of your order, please allow approximately 2-3 business days for us to prepare your order for shipment. We are a small but rapidly growing business. A shipping confirmation notice is e-mailed after orders are shipped. If you do not receive one, please check your spam folder and/or adjust your e-mail filter settings.


Shipping Insurance and Signature Confirmation: In order to keep customer shipping costs down, domestic and international first class shipments are not automatically insured (Priority Mail shipments are automatically insured). Lakshmi's Cupboard is not responsible for events outside of our control such as domestic packages damaged, lost, tampered with, rifled through or misdirected by USPS or stolen by a third party. If you would like to have your first class mail order shipped with insurance please submit the request in the comments box on the check-out page. This requires an additional fee of between 1-3 dollars which will be added to your total after checkout. Please note that this service may not extend to military addresses.

Cancellations: Orders can be canceled at any point before shipping. Once an order is shipped, the sale is considered final and cannot be canceled.

Refunds and Returns: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges or issue refunds except under the following conditions. We do not guarantee results as hair responds differently to different products. Sift quality may vary and is not a condition for refund.

1. If an order is returned by USPS because of an error on your part such as an inaccurate address or failure to claim a package held at the post office, items will only be reshipped after receiving the shipping amount from you. The order will not be sent until the shipping cost is paid. If you choose not to have the returned package reshipped, a refund minus the shipping cost can be issued.

2. If USPS has not confirmed delivery* of your order within 30 days or returned your order to us due to an error on our part, you can choose to be fully refunded.

*If several weeks have passed (see information on Priority Mail delays under shipping information above) and USPS has not confirmed delivery, a full refund will be issued. Please note that you will be obligated to return the package unopened in the event that it arrives after the refund has been issued.

Coupons

Our coupons and discount codes are all single use. You may not apply the same discount code to more than 1 order. If we receive an order where a coupon code has been applied a 2nd time, the order will be cancelled a refund will be issued.
